<p>At one point, Thompson gave her some hands-on assistance, holding Megan's butt as she does pull-ups</p>
<p>The NBA star joked that he was just spotting her through the exercise, as Megan said that was his "favorite part of the workout"</p>
<p>Megan Thee Stallion has no problem keeping up with boyfriend Klay Thompson in her latest workout video.</p>
<p>On Saturday, July 19, the rapper, 30, documented her workout on social media as she hit the gym with the four-time NBA champion, calling herself the "Hot Girl Coach." The video shows several clips of Megan and Thompson doing different exercises, including dumbbell presses, split squats, planks and more.</p>
<p>"I have been working out with my man," she said in a voiceover. "First of all, we went to the gym and we were doing these things that his trainer put us through. He said to lift this s— up. I think he thought that I couldn't do it, but b—, I was very much keeping up."</p>

<p>"Then, we have to do these goddamn Russian Twists with the ball thingamajig," she continued. "I don't really like how he was throwing the ball to me because I feel like he was plotting my downfall, wanting me to miss!"</p>
<p>Thompson then chimed in on the voiceover and boasted that Megan was actually better than him at the ab workout. The couple then moved on to pull-ups, with Thompson holding onto her butt as she completed the workout.</p>
<p>"I don't think I needed that much assistance but I think that was his favorite part of the workout," she joked.</p>
<p>"I'm a spotter," he quipped. "I was spotting!"</p>

<p>Megan and Thompson ended the workout by helping each other stretch and giving each other a kiss.</p>
<p>In the comments section, fans and fellow stars were gushing over the new couple, including Taraji P. Henson, Tamar Braxton and Reneé Rapp.</p>

<p>Megan and Thompson made their red carpet debut at her Inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City on Wednesday, July 16. The rapper wore a striking halter-neck black gown complete with an intricate silver asymmetrical belt detail at the hips. The NBA star opted for a classic black-and-white tux.</p>
<p>"Oh, we met and it was such a meet cute it was like a f------- movie," Megan told PEOPLE when describing how they met. "I won't tell you how and I won't tell you when, but it was a movie."</p>
<p>Her favorite thing about Thompson? "That he's the nicest person I've ever met in my life," said the "Body" artist.</p>
<p>The couple's red carpet debut came a week after Megan featured the Dallas Mavericks star on her Instagram. In a post shared on July 9, fans in the comments section quickly noticed Thompson in the background.</p>
