The TV personality, 41, opened up in a lengthy video posted to her Instagram Stories about the hate she's received forher physical appearancein the wake oflosing her dad, rockerOzzy Osbourne, on July 22.

Then, Osbourne went on to discuss the "disgusting, horrible, mean, rude comments" she received as well.

"I'm just here to say, 'What do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now?' The fact that I'm getting out of bed and facing my life and trying to be more than enough, I should be commended for that," she said.

Osbourne advised that everyone who is writing "sick comments" about her "need to take a strong, hard look" at themselves "because those things you say about me is how you feel about yourself," she said.

"For example, you say that I look ill. Well, I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don't understand how people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it's not," she continued.

Osbourne said she keeps it "100% honest" by sharing her "struggles" with others and they share them back with her, crediting them for mutually helping each other in the process. However, the "mean comments are helping nobody," she added.

"They're just making you feel big and clever and like you've achieved something, but all you've achieved is being a bully," she said, adding, "It's sick."

Osbourne then spoke about the comments she receives about her current appearance in comparison to her teenage self, defending why she looks different in the present due to time and age.

"Another thing that is strange is that you compare photos of me now at 41 years old to a picture of me when I was 18 years old. People's faces change when you grow older," she said.

Osbourne wrapped up her rant on social media with one last point about the people who leave the hurtful comments on her page.

"The thing that I find the most disappointing in all of this is that most of the comments are coming from grown ass women," she said. "Women that say they're counselors, women that are mothers, women who look like they have weight struggles of their own."

"And it's absolutely devastating that women can't support other women," she continued. "They'd rather tear them down when their dad just died. It's disgusting, and I've had enough of it. So, go f--- yourself."

Osbourne opened up on her Instagram Stories one day after her mom,Sharon Osbourne, spoke with British broadcaster Piers Morgan about Ozzy's final days.

During the episode, Morgan showed anInstagram clip of Osbourne slamming online criticswho have been commenting on her weight loss, saying she's been struggling to eat since the death of her dad.

"To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family," said Osbourne in the since-deleted clip.

"And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life," continued, adding, "So to all those people, 'f--- off.'''
