The 32-year-old Relationsh*t podcast host, who announced her departure from Catfish on Oct. 3 after six years, tells PEOPLE about why leaving was the right decision as she discusses Mucinex's new "No Regrets" campaign. "We did over 100 episodes in one season. But that's because that's how we operate. It would be like, 'Oh, a set of episodes,' and then, we would take a break," she explains.
