TARGET consumers have been outraged after more everyday merchandise have been put behind glass, making it much more durable for them to buy.

Multiple stores have informed NRF that organized retail crime was the most important challenge they dealt with, with 67 % saying that they noticed an elevated degree of organized crime than in previous years.
